By visiting and ordering products from this website or during a home consultation, you are bound by and have agreed to the terms & conditions set out in all the following information. If you do not agree with these terms and conditions without modification, then you should not place an order with us.

USE OF THE WEBSITE

Bosom Buddy owns the property rights to this website and is solely for your personal use. You may not:

1. Use or re-publish material from this website (including republication on another websites)
2. Duplicate/copy or otherwise use the material on our website for private or commercial purpose
3. Make any modifications or edit information/material on or from this website
4. Rent, sell or sub-license any material from the website
5. Edit or otherwise modify any material on the website
6. Re-distribute material from this website with the exception of our newsletter
7. You must not use our website for any purposes related to marketing without our express written consent
    

SUPPLY OF PRODUCTS & SERVICES

1. We will always try to endeavour that our pricing and descriptions are accurate. Mistakes can arise and as such if you have purchased under this circumstance we will notify you as soon this comes to our attention, with the option of re-ordering at the correct price or a replacement product of the correct description. If this is not achieved then a full refund will be offered.
2. Acceptance of an order will only been considered absolute once we have issued you an email confirmation accepting you order (despite whether you receive it or not)  
3. For all PayPal customers, orders will only be dispatched once payment as been cleared and confirmed via PayPal
4. Products are subject to availability
5. We have the right to obtain all contact details from you for home consultations, to include full name, number, address (including email address)
    

PRICE AND PAYMENT

All prices and services are inclusive of VAT (Value Added Tax) which is currently 20%

Online Payments

We accept both credit and debit cards on this site to include MasterCard/Euro card, Visa/Delta/Electron, Discover, American Express, Switch/Maestro, and Solo. Full payment for all purchases is only processed with stock in the warehouse and the order released for dispatch to you.

Home Consultations payments

1. All consultations and products are to be paid for in cash, via BACS or with a debit/credit card via the website, unless agreed otherwise.
2. Payment for all goods and services are payable in advance via out acceptable methods of payment (see Payments)
3. Home consultation fees require a minimum deposit of £30 of the total amount which is payable in advance. For further information on costs for this service please either  visit our 'Fitting Service' tab located at the top of our homepage, contact natalie@bosom-buddy.co.uk or call on 07908 646 056.
4. 3 days notice should be given at all times when cancelling a home consultation for reimbursement of your deposit. Failure to do so will mean you forfeit of the full deposit amount.
5. We have right to refuse a home consultation as we see fit for safety and security reasons.
    

Additional information on our returns policy:

1. We will issue a full refund for any items that have genuine defects or damages
2. All refunds must be sent to 48 Hope Close, Grove Park, London, SE12 0BJ
3. Unfortunately if you find that you are in a position refunds your goods, we cannot refund monies for postage unless the item(s) has genuine defects or damages and we do not have alternative stock for you.
4. Good must be returned in a saleable conditions, to include all tags (attached) in a un-used condition
5. We do not refund or exchange on sale items

Additional information on our delivery policy:

1. On the rare occasion deliveries can be delayed or not received due to reasons out of our control, therefore Boson Buddy will not be held liable for any costs, damages or losses. We can only deliver within the UK and the Channel Islands
2. On occasions parts of your order may be out of stock. We have the right reserve this part of your order until in stock and ship the remainder of the order out to you. No additional postage charge will incur for the reserve items once dispatched.

Bosom Buddy reassures all customers and visitors that we are dedicated to safeguarding your personal and private information. We may at times update this Privacy Policy and would advise that you check them on occasions to ensure that you are completely happy with them.

Our software PayPal encrypts all personal data such as credit/debit card numbers, telephone numbers and address, so you can rest assure that all private and confidential details are secure. We do however can store information about your computer, your visits to and use of this website For example: page visits, type of browser, IP address, location.

All online transactions are handled through our payment service provider PayPal, who have their own Private Policy which can be viewed at www.paypal.com. Information will be shared with PayPal if necessary for the purposes of processing payments you make via our website and dealing with queries and complaints relating to such payments only.

All information that is gathered is collected at the point of ordering (unless provided otherwise) and is in accordance with the data protection act 1998.
